This sauce works well as both a marinade for chicken on the barby and a dipping sauce for that very same chicken, or say, pretzels. When you have a good pretzel, don't you wish they came with mustard dipping sauce?
You can marinate your chicken in half the sauce for at least 2 hours. Discard the sauce you use for the chicken.
Use the rest of the unused sauce or go buy fresh pretzels and do your dipping there.

Ingredients You'll Need:
- 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Mix the above and do what you will- marinade..dipping sauce... both?
