We cooked a lot this weekend.  A lot.  Benjamin said he hasn't cooked that much, maybe ever.  I sure did love his help in the kitchen.  Here's a preview of what we cooked up this weekend as we anticipated a number of guest.  We had our smallgroup over for dinner, a friend was supposed to come to lunch, I had a chicken on hand, and overall, I love any excuse to host and cook.  Boy was it a feast of a weekend.  ...recipes to come...
