lima beans. exciting, I know. lima beans remind me of my dad. I think he always wanted them or liked when we had them. It's not your typical veg but oh so fun when farmer jen gives you a bag, you go home and peel them, boil them in water for 20 minutes, then salt them, maybe, well yes of course, some butter, and you're done. I wanted to try them out alone this time around, but soon I might put them in a succatash, just because it's a fun word.
