Jools Stew



Friday morning it was rainy. Finally an opportunity to make the stew I'd be hearing so much about. I assembled it at lunch, let it hang out, and threw it in the oven after work. Another great time for Dutchie and company. Overall it's not difficult, but some of the veg are a bit harder to find. I was thankful for Mesa Produce down the street to provide me with all my produce needs. Saturday evening it was reheated and enjoyed with different company and in my opinion, a bit better as the meat really had a chance to melt. The lemon, garlic, rosemary on top make a huge difference- definitely don't miss out on using it here, or on any stew you're going to make!
