Last Thursday I made dinner for Brett, Annemarie, and Bret. It was a good reason to bust out Dutchie and making something rather easy for a work night, but still impressive. I love hosting and having friends grace our table, and Thursday night was another good reason to set the table, light the candles, and enjoy. I threw this recipe together in minutes, put it in the oven, and an hour and a half later, we were enjoying it, along with conversation and some vino.
