I didn't have creme fraiche, but the yogurt in my fridge would work just as well, and my immersion blender with whisk attachment would come out once again this week. AND my local walnut oil from the farmers market. I loved this recipe. Probably a combination of the yogurt, cut of vinegar, and kick from the mustard and I was sold.
