we started and ended mom's time with visits to the boat house for some drinks at their lovely bar. as some of you know, i thought the boat house was a bust when I went for dinner- I still probably would think it's overpriced and not too great for a fish house, but I would say that having a drink and looking at the ocean and all that it entails really can't be beat.
