Last week I went over to a friends to make this
Quick Vegetarian Chili. It's beyond easy and rather healthy. The quick cooking barley was hard to find- after trying at two stores- so I used cous cous instead. It sopped up the juices a lot so more water was added. This is a good quick meal and appropriate for your veg friends.
YUM! You know how I love chili of all persuasions! I will add this to my repitoire (sp?)
