Who doesn't love a Cheese Balls come Christmas time? Depends what your liking is, but the choices were cheddar and cranberry, roquefort and walnut, and then goat cheese and scallions. All different but all really good. We've decided it shouldn't mean we have to wait another year until we can have them again...so a cheesy Valentine's day party is in the works.
