Pumpkin Muffins
1 c. whole wheat flour
2/3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
4 oz salted butter, melted
6 oz chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry ingredients- mix wet ingredients. Add wet to dry until combined. Fill muffin tins. Bake for 20 min or until they spring back a bit. Delish.
So glad you liked them! We were sad to see most of them go... I like the addition of the whole wheat flour - will have to do that next time!
