After eating at a Vietnamese restaurant,
Le Cheval, in Oakland the other night, I came home wanting to use up some bold spices and other things I had around the house. So- with Bret and Johnny coming over- I decided to make
basil chicken in coconut curry sauce and it was rather tasty. It was easy and the flavours were great- not as spicy as I could have had it, but overall a winner.
