Anderson: Three Weeks and Molasses Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Three weeks and growing.  This past week we made it to two Bible studies and church too.  It felt great to be out even if it meant bringing a lot with us in the car.  "You never know.." seems to be the theme of why we bring so much with us.

This week I put some of Benjamin's baby clothes on Anderson.  He's growing so fast I need to try on some others before he gets too big. This 3 week growth spurt is no joke.  I'm hoping tonight goes a little better than last night where he was grunting and waking up often to eat.

I think I could hold him all day....after all he'll only be this little for so long.  Other things can wait...

We made it out this weekend which was great- we were gone all day and enjoyed seeing some fall leaves changing and the 73 and sunny weather which is rare here.  We'll soon be bundling the little man up to go anywhere.

Tonight we entered into the world of cooking again- Molasses Mustard Pork Tenderloin was grilled after it had been marinading in 1/4 cup molasses, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons dijon mustard and 2 tablespoons coarse ground mustard.  The marinade was then boiled down with another tablespoon cider vinegar and used as a sauce.  Quite tasty and a keeper of a recipe.

It's almost 9...which means almost my bedtime first nap of the night after he eats again.

  1. Once again, I must say that Anderson is an adorable baby! I especially love the picture with the teddy bear! Also, how fun it is to see Anderson in of Benjamin's baby clothes!
