{GIVEAWAY} Apron by The Ruffled Bird!

I'm incredibly excited about this week's giveaway for many reasons.  Because her Etsy shop is new, because she's super talented, and because she's my mother-in-law.  Teresa is incredibly gifted and for months we've been talking about her having an Etsy store.  When she came to visit the other week we got down to it and put one together for her.

roman shade she made for my kitchen

Aprons, tablecloths, drapes, roman shades, children's clothing and more, she does it all.  She made several aprons for me and for my bridesmaids which you can see in the shop.  Have a special request?  She can most likely do it, and exceed your expectations in the process.

Today, because of her amazing generosity she's giving away this fun pink and green apron.  I love the dots and the burst of color.  The loop for your kitchen towel is essential and means you won't have to rub your dirty hands on the fresh apron!

I know you want it!

I should get this apron because then I might be inspired to cook! (And if not, I can still look cute.)

  2. Laura, I am really enjoying your blog. Your mom had given me your blog address in a Christmas card last year. I love the apron. it is adorable. I would love to have the apron because it is too cute...and I would love to wear it.....and I would share it with my daughter-in-law when she helps me in the kitchen.
Best wishes! April Wharton (an old Chagrin Falls friend)

  4. What a darling apron! I'm always wiping my hands on my pants, dress, skirt. Having an apron with a special loop for the towel would be just the 'thing'.

Well, I went to Joanne's the other day with great hopes of trying to make an apron. This would save me if mine turns out horrible!

  6. Hello Laura! I think I should for sure be the winner for the single fact that I have never posted on a blog before. It took me about 10 minutes to figure this out. In fact, I still don't know if I'm doing this right! Ha! Okay, the apron is absolutely adorable. The bright pink and green combo are perfect and will match everything I own!! But the BEST feature of this apron is the towel loop!!! How ingeniuos! Anytime my husband cooks in the kitchen, which is quite often, he insists on having a towel over his shoulder. (maybe to smack out any small kitchen fires that arise) so this handy towel holder would ensure I would always be armed with my very own towel!!! The apron is smart and sassy!!! A must have!
