Last Wednesday (yes I have some catching up to do) I made dinner with and for some ladies. Jen and I put our noggins together and when I looked up enchiladas, Jessica Alba's recipe came up first. I thought it was comical, was impressed by the number of stars she received, and checked out the recipe and concurred. Jessica, you won us over. They were so easy to make, and quite a crowd pleaser. You cant' really beat the ingredients and apart from the chicken breast, a pretty cheap meal to make for a lot of people. Que bueno- thanks Jess. :)
